*Thanks to the diligent efforts of AP2 reader Brig Bother, this section does not contain 26 issues' worth of absent FACTS. See also the House Ad Archive.

Thanks also to diligent AP2 reader Nirejhenge for the four missing cover scans. (Er, that is, scans of the four covers that were missing.) If you want to see the covers in super-gigantic spectac-o-vision rather than the authentic scruffy Back Ish Page Archive versions here (except for the four missing etc etc), pop along to diligent AP2 reader C Hesmondhalgh's Mighty Gallery. Souvenir napkins may be purchased from the lobby. Also contains lanolin.

Quick note about the FACTS. They've all been typed in (or typed in and then worked out) by hand, so will probably contain at least 11.14 errors. But hey, you read AP for 65 years so you instinctively pop into a rash unless you can PROVE SOMETHING EMPIRICALLY, so you'll be double-checking everything anyway. To this end I've carefully introduced a single deliberate mistake. (No I haven't.) Or HAVEN'T I? (No, really, all mistakes are genuinely the result of incompetence.)

Also: the ish review count omits PD games (obv, because they cost nothing and were therefore exempt from AP's buying guide though not its withering gaze of fiery truths or pleasant beams of approving glee).

Also 2: I ignored AP01's On the Other Hand scores.

METHODOLOGY OF FACTS. The averages you'll see throughout this section are calculated in the most basic possible manner: divide a total by the number of items in the sum. (For example, an issue's average mark is the total of all review scores in that ish, divided by the number of reviews.) If you want to apply some other formula, knock yourself out.
