Pretty much a companion piece to The Schoolboy Spoilsport, except properly worked out this time. The phrase Hoi Hup La, which I like lots, is from Adolf Hitler: My Part in His Downfall. (It's bellowed by their idiot high-jumper in the inter-battalion sports day as he hurls himself upwards and breaks the bar across his forehead.) I haven't mentioned it before as I've been waiting for original author Spike Milligna, the well-known typing error, to die.*
