Tragically for a several of jokes, AP2 has permission from Future to use the publishing company's copyright material (namely certain pics and article extracts).
Of course, there's no connection at all between AP2 and Future.
Think of it as checking it's all right to use some samples on a record. But a good one that uses samples properly, like an Emergency Broadcast Network one, say.
