London Regional Representatives
London has two regional representatives. They are elected to office every two years. The next election is due to take place in July 2000.

The remit of the Regional Representatives is wide and varied, but it includes:
Promoting the work of Amnesty International through local media
Assisting groups with resources
Representing groups and individual members to the Board and sub-committees of Amnesty International UK
Representing the London region at the AIUK Annual General Meeting
Arranging London conferences and events promoting the work of Amnesty International
